Hongxia Liu

Hongwei Liu’s story has influenced and inspired many, but none more than his sister, Hongxia Liu (Angel).

Hongxia, in turn, also graduated from Henan Vocational College of Tuina and Acupuncture, specializing in Tui Na Therapy.*

Ms. Liu trained under an austere and adversative method, where she honed her specialized knowledge in Tui Na.

At the age of 22, after completing the program, with her brother’s oversight, Hongxia Liu established 3 medical clinics in Jinan with over 60 employees, treating over 2000 patients some of whom were professional athletes representing the country of China at the Olympic games.

At the age of 27, she moved to the Bay Area of California and is resolved to champion the discipline of Tui Na while also advocating for its recognition under the law. Ms. Liu is determined to accomplish this feat by holding the State of California accountable under the protection of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Hongxia has been a professional Tui Na therapist since 2003.

As an ambassador of the Hongwei brand, Ms. Liu’s vision is to galvanize a team of medical professionals who are also inspired by Hongwei’s story to deliver the very best of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) throughout the United States.

*Hongxia Liu is not licensed to practice acupuncture in California. However, she is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in the DAOM (Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) program at Five Branches University - Graduate School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, located in San Jose.

Ms. Liu is a certified massage therapist in the State of California.

Lucy chen

Lucy is part of the leadership team. She is enrolled in the DAOM program at Five Branches University in San Jose and has been licensed since May 2016.

Lucy also has a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.). She has been with Hongwei Medical Group® for more than 5 years.

She is a licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in the state of California.
